By accessing or using Blasp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Blasp provides a profanity filtering API service that allows developers to detect and filter inappropriate language in text content. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Usage

You agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and rate limits. Excessive or abusive use may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Share your API tokens with unauthorized parties
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
